Due to the Volcanic ash eruption in Iceland, Landlet Hotel Group
understands that you may encountered some level of inconvenience, and
as result have been unable to stay at our hotel.
Our cancellation policy states:
“Reservations made may be modified or cancelled without penalty 48
hours prior to the day of your arrival. Thereafter, the entire
duration of the accommodation will become payable and will be charged
to the credit or debit used to guarantee your reservation.”
“No-show bookings will incur a charge equivalent to the entire
duration of the accommodation.”
On this occasion, due to a natural disaster preventing you from
staying at our hotel, we are unable to provide any refunds to our
guests. However, if you wish to book a future reservation with us in
any of our hotels, we are happy to provide you with a voucher.
To claim your voucher, please fill out the form below.
In addition, there are other alternative methods of claiming
compensation for being unable to say at our hotel, for example:
You can try to contact your airline or your insurance provider. If you
are a business traveller, you can also ask your company to compensate
you.
You can request a VAT receipt via email if you need proof of your
booking.
